EBSU Post UTME Form & Cut Off Mark Is Out 2025/2026 [UPDATED]

 

Ebonyi State University (EBSU) has announced its Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening for the 2025/2026 Academic Session. The application period began on July 14, 2025, and will end on August 14, 2025.

Eligibility and Requirements

▪️ UTME Candidates: Must have chosen EBSU as their first choice institution or be willing to change to EBSU, and have scored 150 and above in the 2025 UTME.

▪️ Awaiting Results: Candidates awaiting the results of NABTEB O'level, WAEC (May/June), and NECO (June/July) 2025 are eligible to apply.

▪️ Name Consistency: Inconsistency in names across O'Level certificates, UTME results, and other registration documents is unacceptable and may lead to disqualification.

▪️ Physical Screening: Candidates are not required to appear for physical screening.

▪️ O'Level Upload: Candidates must upload their O'level results to both the EBSU portal and the JAMB portal for admission recommendation.

▪️ Admission Acceptance: An offer of admission must be accepted by the candidate within four (4) weeks, otherwise, it will be withdrawn.

▪️ Pre-degree Admissions: Admissions through Pre-degree will be based on the average of JAMB score and Pre-degree Score.

▪️ Direct Entry Candidates: All direct entry candidates who chose EBSU are also to be screened online. They must access the school's portal and request their institutions to verify their "A" level certificates on the JAMB portal.

Application Fee

▪️ A non-refundable processing fee of N2,000.00 is required for the Post-UTME screening.

Mode of Payment and Registration Procedure

1. Log in to the EBSU POST UTME PORTAL and scroll to the quick menu.

2. Click on Online Application Forms.

3. Select Application Form for POSTUTME or Application Form for Direct Entry Candidates.

4. Enter your JAMB Registration Number in the correct format.

5. Click on LOGIN to generate your payment invoice.

6. Proceed to any bank to make your payment or pay online with your debit card.

7. After payment, return to the portal to fill out the form.

8. Ensure that your personal email address and phone number are used for the application.
