JAMB Begins Sales of Direct Entry Forms 2026 [UPDATED]

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board,JAMB, has said it would begin sale of Direct Entry forms to candidates seeking direct entry admissions into higher institutions from Monday, 2nd March 2026. 

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced the commencement of the sale of Direct Entry (DE) application forms for candidates seeking admission into higher institutions for the 2026 academic session.

In a statement released by the Board’s spokesman, Fabian Benjamin, JAMB disclosed that the sale of Direct Entry forms began on Monday, 2nd March 2026, and will end on Saturday, 25th April 2026.

This registration process is specifically for candidates who possess degrees, diplomas, or A-Level certificates and wish to gain admission directly into universities of their choice.

According to the statement:

“This is to inform prospective Direct Entry applicants that the sale of application documents commenced on Monday, 2nd March 2026 and will end on Saturday, 25th April 2026. Please note that this service can only be accessed at JAMB offices nationwide.”

JAMB emphasized the importance of complying strictly with all entry requirements. The Board warned that severe penalties will be imposed on candidates who submit false declarations.

A special committee will be set up to verify all submitted Advanced A-Level qualifications. Any candidate found to have presented fraudulent results will be prosecuted.

Furthermore, institutions have been advised to directly verify certificates before offering admission to applicants.

Registration can only be carried out at JAMB Professional Registration Centres (PRC) nationwide.
