BSU/MOAUM Change of Programme Acceptance Deadline 2025/2026

The management of Rev. Fr. Moses Orshio Adasu University, Makurdi (MOAUM) has issued an important announcement to all candidates who applied for admission into the university for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The University disclosed that the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has commenced the approval and release of admission lists through the Central Admission Processing System (CAPS). All prospective students are, therefore, strongly advised to check their admission status on JAMB CAPS regularly.

JAMB CAPS Acceptance Process for MOAUM Candidates

Candidates who have been offered admission or transferred to another programme by MOAUM are required to confirm their acceptance promptly on JAMB CAPS before the University can finalise their admission.

Steps to Accept the Offer on JAMB CAPS:
▪ Visit the JAMB CAPS portal.
▪ Log in using your JAMB profile credentials.
▪ Click on “Admission Status” to view your offer.
▪ Accept the admission or transfer of programme if applicable.

Deadline for Acceptance

All affected candidates must complete the above process on or before Tuesday, 28th October 2025.

▪ Failure to accept the admission offer or programme transfer before the deadline will result in automatic forfeiture of the admission opportunity for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The management of MOAUM emphasises that:
▪ Only candidates who have accepted their admission or programme change on JAMB CAPS will be considered for final admission.
▪ Candidates awaiting confirmation should check their CAPS dashboard regularly for updates.
▪ The University will not process any candidate who fails to comply with the stipulated guidelines.
