OOU Admission List 2025/2026 Is Out [UPDATED]

Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) Admission List for 2025/2026 Academic Session is Out. See how to check via the steps below. 

The management of the Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU), Ago Iwoye, Ogun State, has announced the release admission list for the 2025/2026 academic session has been released. 

Admitted candidates should note that they MUST ACCEPT their admission on the JAMB CAPS Portal.

How to Check OOU Admission List

As of the time of this publication, prospective students can only check their admission status via the JAMB Portal and OOU Admission Portal.

How To Check Admission Status On OOU Admission Portal 

The list has been made available on the OOU Admission portal. When that happens, the procedure below will likely be used to check admission status: 

▪ Visit the OOU Admission Checking Portal
▪ Enter your JAMB Registration Number
▪ Use your Surname as your password
▪ Click Login to view admission status

How To Check Admission Status On JAMB Portal 

To check your admission status on JAMB CAPS Portal and JAMB Admission Checking Portal, please follow the procedure below: 

▪ Visit https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/
▪ Login to your JAMB profile with your registered email and password
▪ Scroll down and click the Check Admission Status tab
▪ Then click on Admission Status,
▪ You should then click on check admission status or 
▪ Click on Access my CAPS. 
▪ Select the three-dotted lines (⋮) at the top right corner of your browser and tick Desktop site for better viewing
▪ Click on Admission Status
▪ You will either see admission in progress check back later, or NOT ADMITTED, or CONGRATULATIONS. 

Candidates who have been offered admission are to  proceed to JAMB CAPS and “ACCEPT” or “REJECT” to indicate acceptance or rejection of the admission offer.

NB : Clicking “REJECT” is an indication that the offer of admission has been rejected by candidates

Candidates who have been offered admission are to proceed to kindly accept / reject their admission by sending ACCEPT or REJECT to 55019 or 66019 using their registered phone number on JAMB portal. For those whose status is showing "Admission Still in Progress" or "Not Admitted", you are advised to keep checking as the status may change anytime soon

Possible Messages You May See:

▪ Congratulations… Case 1: If you see CONGRATULATIONS…, accept/Reject your admission and wait for further instruction.
▪ Admission in Progress… Case 2: If you see admission in progress, then be patient, the status will change in few days/weeks. Just check back after some time.
▪ Not Admitted… Case 3: Not Admitted, if in such case, please don’t give up yet! You might still gain admission. Just be hopeful!
