This is to inform all prospective UTME & DE students of Adamawa State University who took part in the school’s Post-UTME screening exercise that the First Batch Admission List for the 2025/2026 Academic Session has been released.

LATEST UPDATE: ADSU has released the First Batch Admission List in PDF format for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

HOW TO CHECK ADSU ADMISSION LIST

The Adamawa State University, ADSU prospective students can check their admission status from the JAMB Portal and PDF file below. 

1. Check Admission Status on JAMB Portal

The Adamawa State University prospective students can check their admission status on the JAMB CAPS Portal and JAMB Admission Checking Portal using the steps below:

To check your admission status on JAMB CAPS Portal and JAMB Admission Checking Portal, please follow the procedure below: 

▪ Visit https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/
▪ Login to your JAMB profile with your registered email and password
▪ Scroll down and click the Check Admission Status tab
▪ Then click on Admission Status,
▪ You should then click on check admission status or 
▪ Click on Access my CAPS. 
▪ Select the three-dotted lines (⋮) at the top right corner of your browser and tick Desktop site for better viewing
▪ Click on Admission Status
▪ You will either see admission in progress check back later, or NOT ADMITTED, or CONGRATULATIONS. .

Candidates who have been offered admission are to  proceed to JAMB CAPS and “ACCEPT” or “REJECT” to indicate acceptance or rejection of the admission offer.

NB : Clicking “REJECT” is an indication that the offer of admission has been rejected by candidates

Candidates who have been offered admission are to proceed to kindly accept / reject their admission by sending ACCEPT or REJECT to 55019 or 66019 using their registered phone number on JAMB portal. For those whose status is showing "Admission Still in Progress" or "Not Admitted", you are advised to keep checking as the status may change anytime soon

2. Check Admission Status from ADSU PDF File

The underlisted candidates have been offered Provisional Admission into Adamawa State University for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

▪ Candidates are to report for from 22nd to 29th September, 2025 (ONE WEEK ONLY) at their various faculties for clearance and appropriate placement. Candidates are to Present the following documents at the clearance venue.

All admitted candidates are to present the following documents at the clearance venue:

▪ Original certificate(s) of Educational Qualification
▪ Original copy of Local Government Indigene Certificate
▪ Original Birth Certificate/Statutory Declaration of Age
▪ Original/Photocopy of UTME/DE Slip
▪ Original ‘O’ level results (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB etc)
▪ Diploma/NCE/IJMB Results (for DE candidates)
▪ Original copy of Online Screening Form

IMPORTANT NOTICE

All admitted students must accept their admission on the JAMB CAPS Portal. This step is very important and compulsory.
