Akwa Ibom Poly ND/HND Screening Schedule 2025/2026 Is Out [UPDATED]

Akwa Ibom Poly Screening Date for Higher National Diploma (HND) and National Diploma (ND) candidates for the 2025/2026 academic session has been announced.

This is to inform all HND and ND Full-Time candidates who registered for the 2025/2026 admissions into Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, that the authorities of the institution have approved Wednesday 17th – Friday 19th September, 2025 for the departmental screening of eligible candidates.

Screening Schedule

▪ Screening will commence by 9.00am each day.
▪ Candidates are advised to go to their various departments with the original copies of their credentials.

Documents to Come With

▪ Acknowledgement slip
▪ Photocopies of JAMB slip showing photograph
▪ JAMB online result
▪ Original copies of credentials (O’Level results, Birth Certificate, LGA Certificate)

▪ WAEC/NECO Statement of Results
▪ Letter of Completion of Industrial Attachment

Important Notes

▪ Successful candidates will obtain authority from their departments and proceed to pay their acceptance and school fees in the designated banks immediately.
▪ Only eligible candidates will be screened.
▪ Names of recommended candidates for admission will be published online and sent to JAMB for admission letters.
▪ Parents, guardians, and friends are strongly advised to stay away from the screening venues.
▪ The screening will hold at Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua.
▪ Original copies of credentials will be sighted in the process.
▪ Names of successful candidates will be published and candidates will be notified after the screening exercise.
