JOSTUM Admission List 2026/2027 Is Out [UPDATED]

Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University ( formerly Federal University of Agriculture Markurdi ) Admission List for 2026/2027 Session is out.

The Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University, Makurdi Admission list for the 2026/2027 academic session has been released. This is to inform all candidates who participated in the 2026/2027 Admission Screening Exercise that they can proceed to check if their names are on the Provisional Admission list of successful candidates.

The list of admitted candidates have been uploaded online via JAMB CAPS

Candidates are to follow the procedure below to check;

HOW TO CHECK JOSTUM ADMISSION LIST

As of the time of this publication, the Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University prospective students can only check their admission status from the JAMB Portal.

CHECK ADMISSION STATUS ON JAMB PORTAL

To check your admission status on JAMB CAPS Portal and JAMB Admission Checking Portal, please follow the procedure below:

▪ Go https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.

▪ Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.

▪ Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.

▪ Then click on Admission Status, You should then click on check admission status or Click on Access my CAPS.

▪ Select the three-dotted lines at the top right corner of your browser ( i.e. ⋮) and then tick ‘Desktop site‘.

▪ Then click on admission status

You will either see admission in progress check back later, or NOT ADMITTED, or CONGRATULATIONS.

CASE 1

If you see CONGRATULATIONS…, accept/Reject your admission and wait for further instruction.

CASE 2

If you see admission in progress, then be patient, the status will change in few days/weeks. Just check back after some time.

CASE 3

Not Admitted, if in such case, please don’t give up yet! You might still gain admission. Just be hopeful!

Candidates who have been offered admission are to proceed to kindly accept / reject their admission by sending ACCEPT or REJECT to 55019 or 66019 using their registered phone number on JAMB portal. For those whose status is showing "Admission Still in Progress" or "Not Admitted", you are advised to keep checking as the status may change anytime soon.

HOW TO CHECK NAME ON JOSTUM ADMISSION PORTAL

Soon, the list will be made available on the Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University Admission portal. When that happens, the procedure below will likely be used to check admission status:

▪ Candidates are to visit: https://ugadm.uam.edu.ng/utmeportal/applicanlogin

▪ Enter your JAMB Registration in the required column

▪ Click on “Check Status” and proceed to view your admission status.

NOTES TO ADMITTED CANDIDATES

▪ Successfully admitted candidates are to click here to Pay their Acceptance Fee.

▪ Follow the steps to proceed to make payments online or in the bank.

▪ Print the Invoice or copy the RRR and visit the nearest bank of your choice.

▪ Write the RRR on the teller.

▪ Request to make payment for University of Agriculture Makurdi using Remita.

▪ After making payment, click here to complete your admission acceptance process.

▪ Print your admission letter and acceptance letter, then go for screening.

▪ Also login to the JAMB CAPS Portal to accept/reject the offer
