FUMMSA Post UTME Form 2025/2026 [UPDATED]


The Federal University of Medicine and Medical Sciences, Abeokuta (FUMMSA), has announced the commencement of admissions for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The online registration portal for the admission screening exercise, which was earlier scheduled to close on Friday, August 29, 2025, will now remain open until Sunday, August 31, 2025.

All admitted students are expected to resume for the 2025/2026 academic session on Monday, September 8, 2025, for their registration exercise.

Eligibility & Requirements

▪ You must have taken the 2025 UTME examination.

▪ A minimum UTME score of 200 is required.

▪ Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

▪ You must change your institution to FUMMSA on the JAMB portal.

▪ For professional programs, you must have the required 5 O'Level credits at a single sitting.

Eligible candidates who wish to register for the online screening should visit the university's official website, www.fummsa.edu.ng, for all necessary information, including eligibility criteria, payment of fees, and registration completion.

Screening & Admission Process

▪ The university will conduct a Post-UTME screening exercise.

▪ Final admission lists will be published on the JAMB portal.

▪ Admission letters will be issued by JAMB.

▪ Physical screening for admitted students is scheduled from Tuesday, September 2, 2025, to Friday, September 5, 2025. Candidates should be physically present for the screening at the Wole Soyinka Library, Federal University of Agriculture (FUNAAB) Campus at Alabata, Abeokuta, Ogun State, from 9:00 am each day.

How to Apply

To apply to Federal University of Medicine and Medical Sciences, Abeokuta (FUMMSA), you need to first register on the JAMB portal and upload your credentials. After admission, there will be a physical verification of documents at the university.

Online Registration and Screening

▪ Visit the JAMB Accredited CBT Centre to begin your application.

▪ Change your institution to FUMMSA on the JAMB portal.

▪ Upload your required documents, including your JAMB result/acknowledgment slip, O'Level results, A'Level results (if applicable), and a passport photo.

▪ Pay the required application fee directly through the JAMB portal.

Eligible candidates who wish to register for the online screening should visit the university's official website, www.fummsa.edu.ng, for all necessary information, including eligibility criteria, payment of fees, and registration completion.

Physical Verification

▪ After completing the online process, you will be invited to the university campus for a physical verification of your documents.

▪ You will need to present original copies of all your credentials.

▪ You will also need to submit photocopies of your results, along with the appropriate utility card (scratch card) for accessing your O'Level results.

▪ Additionally, you may need to submit a copy of your indigene letter, birth certificate/declaration of age, and a copy of the printed Post-UTME application form.

Important Notes

▪ Be sure to register early.

▪ Keep checking your portal and email for updates on physical screening and admission status.

▪ No written or computer-based test (CBT) will be conducted, according to the university.

▪ The university is temporarily located at the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) campus.

▪ Be wary of fraudulent activities and only trust information from official sources.
