Sa'adu Zungur University (BASUG) Physical Screening 2025/2026

Sa'adu Zungur University (formerly Bauchi State University) has announced the commencement of its physical screening for admitted UTME and Direct Entry (DE) candidates for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Important Dates

▪ Screening Start Date: Monday, 8th September, 2025

▪ Screening End Date: Monday, 22nd September, 2025

Requirements for Physical Screening

All shortlisted candidates must bring the following original and photocopied documents for the physical screening:

▪ All credentials (academic certificates).

▪ Computer printout of SSCE Result.

▪ JAMB Result.

▪ Online Screening Form.

▪ Two (2) Passport Photographs.

▪ Scratch Card for verification of O’ Level result.

▪ Candidates must ensure their O’ Level results are uploaded on the JAMB Portal at any JAMB accredited Centre before coming for screening.

Note: Two days after a successful screening, candidates should check the JAMB Portal to accept and print their JAMB Admission Letters. Only candidates who accept their admission on JAMB CAPS will be uploaded on the school portal for BASUG admission.

Designated Campuses for Screening

Candidates are to report at their respective designated campuses based on their faculty:

▪ Gadau Campus: Faculty of Science, Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Education, Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences.

▪ Misau Campus: Faculty of Law.

▪ Bauchi Campus: Faculty of Social Sciences, Faculty of Management Sciences.
