2025 WAEC WASSCE Results: Checking Guide

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has officially released the results for the 2025 WASSCE for School Candidates. The results are available for candidates who wrote the exam in May/June 2025.

How to Check Your Result Online

To check your result, follow these steps on the WAEC portal:

1. Go to the WAEC result checking portal: www.waecdirect.org.

2. Enter your WASSCE Examination Number.

3. Select the Examination Year, which is 2025.

4. Choose your Examination Type: SCHOOL CANDIDATE RESULT.

5. Enter the Card Serial Number.

6. Enter the Card PIN.

7. Click the "Submit" button to view your result.

How to Check Your Result via SMS

You can also check your result using your mobile phone.

▪ Use the format: WAEC*ExamNo*PIN*ExamYear

▪ Send the message to the shortcode 32327.

▪ The cost is ₦30 per SMS.

How to Save Your WAEC Result on Your Email

To be on the safe side, sending your WAEC result to your email address can save you a whole lot of stress. If you lose your scratch card and you have to access your WAEC result, you can easily retrieve it from your email.

• Go to WAEC result checker online
• Click on send the result to email option
• You will be required to log in and enter your email address and submit
• Wait for the result to show

Common Issues and FAQs

▪ e-PIN Price: An e-PIN to check your result costs ₦4,000.

▪ Usage Limit: You can check your result a maximum of five (5) times with one e-PIN. If you use it up, you need to purchase a new one.

▪ "RESULT NOT AVAILABLE..." Error: If you see this message, do not panic. It could be due to a busy server or a delay in processing. Wait for 24-48 hours and try again.

▪ Incorrect Information: If you input a wrong examination number, the e-PIN will be considered used. You will need a new e-PIN to check your correct result.

▪ Held Results: If your result is marked as "HELD," it means it is undergoing a review. Keep checking the portal for updates.

▪ Technical Issues: If the website is not loading, check your internet connection or try again later due to high traffic. For other issues, you can email waecsupport@fleettechltd.com with your details (error message, exam number, type, and year).
