ESUT Post UTME Form 2025/2026 Is Out [UPDATED]

 

This is to inform all candidates who chose Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) as their first choice institution in the 2025 UTME and scored 160 and above that there will be online screening of candidates for admission. Please note that candidates who did not choose ESUT as their first choice but wish to be considered for admission can apply for JAMB change of institution.

B. The screening will be online.

C. The screening processing fee is two thousand naira (2,000.00) only.

D. Candidates should regularly check their admission status through text messages/ESUT portal.

2. REGISTRATION REGISTRATION:

Online registration starts on Tuesday 29th July 2025 and ends on Sunday 31st August 2025.

The portal closes on Sunday 31st August 2025 at 12 midnight.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:

1. Visit the ESUT portal: portal.esut.edu.ng and click 2025/2026 Screening Registration.

2. Under Regular Students, click 2025/2026 Admission Screening/Registration.

3. In the next page, enter your JAMB Registration Number.

4. Key in the required details in the next page to generate your invoice.

5. Print out the invoice and proceed to any of the banks listed in item 6 below.

6. A. By Bank Branch: This involves you proceeding to any commercial bank with a printout of the generated invoice and making payment of N2,000.00 only. After payment, the bank will issue you an ESUT teller or E-ticket which you should keep.

   B. By Debit Card: This involves you paying online using your Debit Card.

7. Proceed with the payment and then return to the ESUT portal.

8. Enter your JAMB Registration Number again.

9. Proceed with the completion of the form.

10. Upload your passport photograph.

11. Submit your application.

12. Print out your acknowledgment slip.

NB:

▪ Candidates awaiting the results of WAEC (May/June), NECO (May/June) and NABTEB (May/June) should indicate it in their application form. When the results are released, they are to be uploaded accordingly in JAMB and ESUT portals.

▪ Candidates who supply false information will be prosecuted.

▪ All candidates must upload their O'Level results (certificates) and UTME results and other registration documents must be the same.

▪ All results must be uploaded on JAMB and ESUT portals.

I certify that the information given by me/him in each of the sections of the online screening form is true and correct. I acknowledge that should any be found to be false, I hereby render myself disqualified.

DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES:

▪ Direct Entry candidates who chose ESUT are to be screened online. They are to accuse a copy of their JAMB E-slip, all academic qualifications, and other credentials to the Admissions Unit of ESUT Registrar and confirm their registrations.

▪ All Direct Entry candidates must upload their A'Level, ND, NCE, HND results and other registration documents to their transcripts to ESUT Registrar and confirm their registrations.
