College of Nursing Sciences Sokoto Form 2025/2026 is Out [UPDATED]

 

The College of Nursing Sciences, Sokoto, has opened its admission portal for the 2025/2026 academic session for ND/HND Nursing programs.

Key Information:

• Application Sales: July 7th - July 23rd, 2025

• Application Fee: N10,000

• JAMB Cut-off Mark: 160

• Post UTME Exam: August 2nd, 2025

• Release of Result: August 4th, 2025

• Screening: August 11th - 15th, 2025

Eligibility Requirements:

• Candidates must have scored a minimum of 160 marks in the 2025 JAMB.

• Candidates must possess a minimum of credit passes in Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in not more than two sittings at O/level (WAEC and NECO).

• Candidates are to change their institution to College of Nursing Sciences, Sokoto, at a JAMB accredited center if it was not their first choice.

Application Procedure:

1. Visit the school portal: https://sis.conssokoto.edu.ng/

2. Click on "Apply for Admission."

3. Fill in your Name, Email, and Phone number to create an account.

4. Print the login details.

5. Go back to the portal and log in with your username and password.

6. Click on the "Applicant" tab to print an invoice for the form fee.

7. Take the invoice to any of the specified banks (Firstbank, Fidelity bank, Heritage bank, Polaris bank, Stambic IBTC bank) to make payment.

8. Return to the portal, log in, and click on "Continue with application" under the "Applicant" tab to fill the form.

9. Print the filled form for reference.

Required Documents for Upload and Exam:

• JAMB result slip

• JAMB change of institution slip (if applicable)

• WAEC/NECO results (ensure O/L result is uploaded to JAMB CAPS)
