DSCNS Post UTME Form 2026/2027 Is Out [UPDATED]

Delta State College of Nursing Sciences Admission Form is now on sale. The Cut off mark is 150.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the National Diploma (ND) Nursing Programme of the Delta State College of Nursing Sciences for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.

Admissions are available across the following campuses:

▪ Asaba Campus

▪ Eku Campus

▪ Warri Campus

▪ Sapele Campus

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must satisfy the following requirements:

JAMB REQUIREMENT

▪ Candidates must have scored a minimum of 150 in the 2026 UTME.

▪ Applicants must change their institution of choice through JAMB to any of the Delta State College of Nursing Sciences campuses:

▪ Agbor

▪ Asaba

▪ Eku

▪ Warri

▪ Sapele

AGE REQUIREMENT

▪ Candidates must be at least 16 years old.

O'LEVEL REQUIREMENT

▪ Candidates must possess at least five (5) credits in:

▪ English Language

▪ Mathematics

▪ Physics

▪ Chemistry

▪ Biology

▪ Acceptable examination bodies:

▪ WAEC

▪ NECO

▪ NABTEB

SITTING REQUIREMENT

▪ WAEC and NECO results can be combined in not more than two sittings.

▪ NABTEB results must be obtained in one sitting only.

APPLICATION FEE

▪ Application Form Fee: ₦20,500.

▪ The fee is non-refundable.

STEP 1: MAKE PAYMENT

Visit any Zenith Bank branch and pay ₦20,500 using the details below:

▪ Obtain your bank teller after payment.

STEP 2: COLLECT APPLICATION FORM

▪ Take your payment teller to the Bursary Department of any campus of your choice.

▪ Collect the physical application form.

▪ A unique online Application ID will be issued to you.

▪ Complete the form carefully with accurate information.

STEP 3: COMPLETE ONLINE REGISTRATION

▪ Visit: www.dscns.ng

▪ Enter your unique Application ID.

▪ Upload your passport photograph.

▪ Complete the online application form.

▪ Save and print the completed application form with the generated QR Code.

FINAL SUBMISSION

▪ Submit photocopies of the completed application form and online printout to your chosen campus.
