AACNS Post UTME Form 2026/2027 Is Out [UPDATED]

Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences ND Admission Form is now on sale for this session.

Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the National Diploma (ND) Nursing programme of the Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences, Federal University of Health Sciences Teaching Hospital, Azare, Bauchi State for the 2026/2027 Academic Session.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for admission, prospective candidates must fulfill both academic and UTME prerequisites:

O'LEVEL SUBJECTS

Applicants must possess a minimum of five (5) credit passes in the following subjects:

▪ English Language

▪ Mathematics

▪ Chemistry

▪ Physics

▪ Biology

EXAMINATION SITTINGS

▪ For WAEC and NECO, the required credits must be obtained in not more than two (2) sittings.

▪ For NABTEB, the five (5) credits must be obtained in a single (1) sitting.

JAMB REQUIREMENTS

▪ Only candidates who chose the Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences as their First Choice in the just-concluded JAMB Examination and achieved a minimum UTME score of 150 are eligible to apply.

HOW TO APPLY

PURCHASE OF FORMS

▪ Admission forms are to be purchased at the Admission Office of the School at the Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences, Federal University of Health Sciences Teaching Hospital, Azare, Bauchi State at the rate of ₦10,200.

COMPLETION AND SUBMISSION

▪ Candidates are required to fill out the application forms accurately with all required details and submit the completed forms back to the school administrative office before the specified deadline.
