UNIZIK Supplementary Form 2025/2026 Is Out [UPDATED]

 The Nnamdi Azikiwe University, UNIZIK Supplementary Form for the 2025/2026 academic session is out. Registration starts on Wednesday, 3rd December, 2025, at 12 noon. 

This is to inform all 2025/2026 prospective UTME admission candidates of Nnamdi Azikiwe University who successfully registered for PUTME and may wish to apply for supplementary admissions into various departments that the exercise will commence on:

▪ Wednesday, 3rd December, 2025 by 2PM

The advertisement is for candidates who are willing to study the underlisted programmes when admitted.

Intra-University Transfer can only be possible after two years of study.

Candidates who have successfully shopped are to note the following:

▪ Continually check the Transfer Approval panel of JAMB CAPS to promptly accept their transfer to the new program as soon as it is posted.
▪ Ensure that their O’level result(s) are properly uploaded to JAMB CAPS to enable successful processing of their admission.
▪ This advert is strictly for candidates who have not already been admitted into any department in the institution.

How to Apply for UNIZIK Supplementary Admission Form

1. Login to your profile at apply.unizik.edu.ng

2. If you have already purchased the Post-UTME form, proceed to the Shopping tab.

3. If you have NOT purchased it:
   ▪ Add your O’level/D’level results
   ▪ Purchase the Post-UTME form

4. Click the Shopping tab

5. View the list of eligible courses/programmes

6. Click "Reserve Spot" for your programme of choice

7. Pay the shopping fee online via CREDD (Card only) to confirm your reservation

8. To shop for more courses:
   ▪ Go to the shopping tab and repeat steps 4–7

Important Rules

▪ Applicants can reserve up to three (3) courses/programmes
▪ A reservation expires after 2 hours if payment is not made
▪ Payment must be completed within 24 hours
▪ The University is not liable for payments made after a reservation expires
▪ You may cancel a confirmed reservation, but payment will be forfeited
▪ To shop again, a new payment is required

Important Notes for UNIZIK Admission Shopping

▪ If you have already been considered for admission, you cannot participate in shopping
▪ The website will open for shopping only at the advertised time
▪ Queueing will be enabled
▪ First 1000 users will gain access, others will wait
▪ Each active user has 5 minutes to complete the shopping process
▪ A countdown timer will appear for active users
▪ Waiting users must monitor their queue number
▪ Applicants can shop up to 3 programmes, but only one may be a professional course
