FUDMA Notice on Closure of 2025/2026 Admission Exercise

Federal University of Dutsinma, FUDMA Urgent need for upload of O’Level results on the JAMB portal and acceptance of change of programme. 

The management of the Federal University Dutsin-Ma (FUDMA) has issued a final notice regarding the closure of the 2025/2026 admission exercise.

Following the standing directive that all admissions in public universities must be concluded by the end of October 2025, it has been observed that many candidates have yet to:
▪ Upload their O’level results on the JAMB portal, or
▪ Accept the change of programme for those offered admission into a different course from their original choice, despite the earlier memo dated 6 October 2025.

In view of the above, all candidates who chose Federal University Dutsin-Ma as their first-choice institution and those who have already been offered admission are hereby advised to take note of the following directives and act accordingly:

I. Candidates should check their admission portal to verify their admission status.
II. Admitted candidates must upload their O’level results on the JAMB portal at a CBT or JAMB-accredited centre on or before the close of work on Monday, 27 October 2025.
III. Candidates who were offered admission into programmes other than the ones initially applied for should accept the change of programme on their JAMB portal on or before Monday, 27 October 2025 to enable processing of their admission.
IV. Failure to upload O’level results or accept a change of programme on or before Monday, 27 October 2025 shall be deemed as rejection of the admission offer, as all public university admission exercises will close on 31 October 2025.
V. Candidates are therefore strongly advised to act promptly to avoid losing their admission opportunity.
