Al-Qalam University Resumption Date 2025 Announced 

On behalf of the University Management and the entire academic community, I warmly welcome all students to the 2025/2026 academic session of Al-Qalam University, Katsina.

As we resume this week, I wish every student a productive and rewarding academic year ahead.

Please note that lectures will begin promptly on Monday, 20th October 2025.

In preparation for the new session, all students are advised to observe the following important guidelines:

▪ Timely Registration:
All students must complete their course registration and payment of school fees without delay to ensure smooth academic participation.

▪ Accommodation Policy:
All students are required to reside in the university’s on-campus hostels unless officially exempted. Hostel spaces for both male and female students are readily available, and students are urged to secure their accommodation promptly.

▪ Off-Campus Clearance for Katsina State Indigenes:
Indigenes of Katsina State who wish to live off-campus with their parents or guardians must report to the Students’ Affairs Division for clearance and documentation.

Please note that any student who violates these guidelines will be sanctioned accordingly.
