 The Akwa Ibom Poly HND Admission List for the 2025/2026 Session is out. 

The Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, Ikot Ekpene, is pleased to inform all candidates who participated in the recently concluded 2025/2026 Higher National Diploma (HND) screening exercise that the First Batch Admission List has been released.

The 1st Batch Admission List is now available on the school notice boards within the Polytechnic premises.

LATEST UPDATE 1: AKWA IBOM STATE POLYTECHNIC IKOT OSURUA, IKOT EKPENE HND ADMISSIONS LIST IS OUT (BATCH 1)

Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic, Ikot Osurua, wishes to inform all candidates who appeared for the 2025/2026 HND screening exercise that the First Batch Admissions List is now available on the school notice boards.

▪ Kindly note that candidates CANNOT make payment for the Acceptance Fee without an Admission Number.
▪ The Admission Numbers for successful candidates will be posted on the school’s official page on Wednesday, 22nd October 2025.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

▪ More admission lists will be released in the coming days.
▪ Candidates are advised to stay updated and regularly check both the school notice boards and official website for subsequent admission batches.

How to Check Akwa Ibom Poly HND Admission List

The list will soon be made available on the Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic Admission Portal.
When this happens, candidates should follow the procedure below to verify their admission status:

▪ Visit the school portal: https://portal.akwaibompoly.edu.ng
▪ Click on “Check Admission No.”
▪ Enter your Phone Number and click “Get Admission Number.”
▪ Verify your admission status by clicking on “Verify Account” and entering your Admission Number.

To Fill Your Bio-data and Pay Acceptance Fee

▪ Log in using your Username and Password.
▪ Fill in your Bio-data correctly.
▪ Generate your Acceptance Fee Invoice.
▪ Proceed to any commercial bank to make the required payment.
▪ Return to the portal to print your payment receipt.
▪ Take the printed receipt to your department to complete your admission process.
