UNIPORT Admission List 2026/2027 Is Out [UPDATED]

The University of Port Harcourt, UNIPORT Admission List for the 2026/2027 Academic Session is Out.

This is to inform all the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) aspirants that the undergraduates’ admission list for 2026/2027 academic session is out. The list of admitted candidates have been uploaded online via JAMB CAPS.

Candidates are to follow the procedure below to check.

Admitted candidates are expected to:

▪ Visit the University website regularly for clearance requirements/procedures.

▪ Ensure they login to JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) and accept their admission as well as print their Admission Letter.

▪ Candidates not yet admitted should note that admission is in progress, and regularly check the JAMB site and the University website for their admission status.

HOW TO CHECK UNIPORT ADMISSION LIST

As of the time of this publication, the UNIPORT prospective students can only check their admission status from the JAMB Portal.

CHECK ADMISSION STATUS ON JAMB PORTAL

To check your admission status on JAMB CAPS Portal and JAMB Admission Checking Portal, please follow the procedure below:

▪ Go to https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.

▪ Login to your JAMB profile with your username and password.

▪ Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status’ tab.

▪ Then click on Admission Status. You should then click on check admission status or Click on Access my CAPS.

▪ Select the three-dotted lines at the top right corner of your browser (i.e. ⋮) and then tick ‘Desktop site’.

▪ Then click on admission status.

You will either see admission in progress check back later, or NOT ADMITTED, or CONGRATULATIONS.

CASE 1: CONGRATULATIONS

▪ If you see CONGRATULATIONS, accept or reject your admission and wait for further instruction.

CASE 2: ADMISSION IN PROGRESS

▪ If you see admission in progress, then be patient, the status will change in few days/weeks.

▪ Just check back after some time.

CASE 3: NOT ADMITTED

▪ If in such case, please don’t give up yet! You might still gain admission.

▪ Just be hopeful!

Candidates who have been offered admission are to proceed to kindly accept / reject their admission by sending ACCEPT or REJECT to 55019 or 66019 using their registered phone number on JAMB portal. For those whose status is showing "Admission Still in Progress" or "Not Admitted", you are advised to keep checking as the status may change anytime soon.

CHECK ADMISSION STATUS ON UNIPORT ADMISSION PORTAL

Soon, the list will be made available on the UNIPORT Admission portal. When that happens, the procedure below will likely be used to check admission status:

▪ Visit https://aris.uniport.edu.ng/admissionacceptanc

▪ Input your JAMB UTME Registration Number to view and accept your admission.
