UNIBEN Post UTME Form 2025/2026 [UPDATED]

The University of Benin (UNIBEN) has officially announced an extension of the registration deadlines for the 2025/2026 admission exercise. This update is important for all aspirants who wish to study at UNIBEN but have not yet completed their registration.

The new deadlines are:

▪️ Post-UTME: Tuesday, August 26th, 2025

▪️ Direct Entry (DE): Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025

This extension gives applicants more time to gather their documents, finalize their registration, and properly prepare for the upcoming screening exercise.

Who Can Apply (Eligibility)

To be eligible for the UNIBEN Post-UTME or Direct Entry screening, applicants must meet the following criteria:

▪️ Have applied through JAMB for the 2025/2026 UTME or Direct Entry.

▪️ Choose UNIBEN as their First Choice institution.

▪️ Score 200 and above in the UTME exam (for UTME candidates).

▪️ Possess at least five (5) credit passes in O’Level (WAEC, NECO, GCE or NABTEB), including English Language and Mathematics (for courses requiring math), from not more than two sittings.

▪️ Have a valid and working email address.

How To Apply (Step-by-Step Guide)

The application portal is open from Monday, August 4th, 2025, at 8:00 AM until the new deadlines. The application fee is ₦2,000.

Steps:

1. Visit the official UNIBEN website.

2. Click on “Application” in the menu.

3. Click “Apply for 2025/2026 Post-UTME/PUDE”.

4. Read the instructions and click “Begin Application Process”.

5. Enter your JAMB Registration Number, JAMB Score, and set a password.

6. Log in with your JAMB Registration Number and password.

7. Fill in your personal details, O’Level results, and course of choice.

8. Pay the application fee of ₦2,000 via Remita (excluding bank charges).

9. Confirm all information before final submission.

10. Submit the form and print the Acknowledgement Slip.

Note: No changes can be made after submission.

Screening Schedule

▪️ Dates: Monday, September 1st – Saturday, September 6th, 2025

▪️ Venue: Designated centers at Ugbowo Campus, UNIBEN

▪️ Mode: Computer-Based Test (CBT)

Important Rules

▪️ Arrive at the venue at least one hour before your scheduled time.

▪️ No mobile phones, calculators, or electronic devices allowed.

▪️ Ensure all provided information is accurate.

▪️ Pay the application fee early — avoid last-minute delays.

The UNIBEN Post-UTME/PUDE form for the 2025/2026 session is officially out. Candidates who scored 200 and above in JAMB and selected UNIBEN as their first choice should apply now and prepare accordingly.
