This is to inform all candidates who applied for admission into the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital [LUTH] Idi Araba that the management has announced the entrance examination dates, time, venue and requirements of the LUTH School of Nursing for the 2025/2026 academic session.

LUTH School of Nursing Entrance Exam Details

First (1st) Phase Exam

▪ Date: Tuesday, September 2nd, 2025

▪ Time: 8:00 AM (Accreditation began at 7:30 AM)

▪ Venue: UNILAG DLI CBT Center, Yaba, Lagos

Second (2nd) Phase Exam

▪ Date: Communicated directly to qualified candidates.

▪ Time: 8:00 AM 

▪ Venue: UNILAG DLI CBT Center, Yaba, Lagos

Required Documents and Materials

Candidates were instructed to bring the following items to the examination venue:

▪ One (1) passport photograph

▪ Two (2) copies of the acknowledgment slip/Bio-Data Form (a colored printout with your passport photo)

▪ Receipt or evidence of payment from REMITA

▪ Original and photocopies of credentials

▪ Writing materials
