150 and above	Human Anatomy, Human Physiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology and Microbiology

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for admission, candidates must meet the following criteria:

▪️ You must have sat for the 2025 JAMB UTME and scored the minimum cut-off point for your chosen course.

▪️ You must have selected FUHSA as your first-choice institution.

▪️ You must possess a minimum of five relevant credit passes at the O'Level (including English, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, and Chemistry) obtained in no more than two sittings.

▪️ You must have taken the relevant subject combination in the 2025 UTME for your desired course.

Application Procedure

1. Visit the university's official website at http://www.fuhsa.edu.ng.

2. Go to the online screening portal at https://fuhsa.admissions.cloud to create an account.

3. Pay the non-refundable screening fee of ₦2,000 through the online portal.

4. Complete the registration process by following all instructions on the portal.
