FUHSA Post UTME Form 2026/2027 Is Out [UPDATED]

Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare (FUHSA) Post UTME Form for the 2026/2027 is now on sale.

This is to inform all prospective candidates seeking admission into the Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare (FUHSA), that registration for the online screening exercise for the 2026/2027 admission session will commence on Monday, 22nd June, 2026 and end on Friday, 17th July, 2026.

CUT-OFF POINTS

In line with the policies of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), the Senate has approved the following cut-off points for admission into the University for the 2026/2027 academic session:

▪ MBBS and BDS Dentistry – 220 and above

▪ Nursing Sciences, Optometry, Physiotherapy, Radiography, BMLS and Audiology – 200 and above

▪ Nutrition and Dietetics, Information Technology & Health Informatics, Environmental Health Sciences, Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Speech Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Health Information Management, Public Health and Pharmacology – 160 and above

▪ Human Anatomy, Human Physiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology and Microbiology – 150 and above

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for admission, a candidate must:

▪ Have sat for the 2026 JAMB UTME and scored the minimum cut-off point prescribed by the University for the course applied for.

▪ Have chosen Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare (FUHSA) as first choice.

▪ Possess a minimum of five (5) relevant O’Level credits, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Biology and Chemistry, in not more than two sittings.

▪ Have sat for the relevant UTME subject combination in the 2026 UTME.

PROCEDURE

▪ Eligible candidates should visit the University website at www.fuhsa.edu.ng for registration and screening procedures.

MODE OF PAYMENT

▪ Eligible candidates are to create an account and pay a screening fee of ₦2,000.00 only through the online screening portal.

PHYSICAL SCREENING

▪ Physical screening will commence from Monday, 27th July to Friday, 31st July, 2026.

▪ Each candidate’s date for physical screening will be indicated on the acknowledgement slip generated after successful online registration.
