Entry Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

▪ A minimum of five (5) credits in the O’ Level (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB), including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings.

▪ A JAMB score of 100 and above for UTME candidates.

▪ Candidates must also upload their O’ level or SSCE results to the JAMB portal to be considered for admission.

Method of Application

To apply for the screening, follow these steps:

1. Visit the Polytechnic website at http://www.federalpolyoko.edu.ng.

2. Under the "Admissions" section, click on "Online Application Forms."

3. On the application page, select "ND – Regular Screening Application" and enter your JAMB Registration Number.

4. Click the "Sign In" button.

5. On the Generate Payment Invoice page, fill in your details and click "Submit."

6. Pay the application fee of ₦2,000 using the generated Remita Retrieval Reference Number at any bank or via an ATM card.

7. Return to the website to complete and submit the Online Application Form.

8. Print your Acknowledgement Slip and await a response from the Polytechnic.
