ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

▪ UTME Candidates must have chosen UNIMED as first choice or be willing to change to UNIMED as first choice.

▪ Minimum UTME score is 150.

▪ Required JAMB subjects for all courses: English Language, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

▪ Candidates must possess at least five (5) credit passes in Mathematics, English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics in WAEC, NECO or GCE in not more than two sittings.

▪ For Medicine and Surgery, Dentistry and Doctor of Physiotherapy, the five credits must be obtained in one sitting only.

▪ Direct Entry candidates with A-Level certificates (Cambridge, JUPEB, IJMB) with a minimum of 10 points, or candidates with ND, HND or Degree qualifications with at least Second Class Lower (2:2) are eligible.

▪ Candidates must be at least 16 years old by September 30, 2026.

HOW TO APPLY

▪ Visit the University website at www.unimed.edu.ng

▪ Click on “Admission” and then “Post-UTME”.

▪ Make payment online using VISA or MASTER Card only (Verve cards are not accepted).

▪ Print the payment receipt.

▪ Log in to the application portal using your 2026 JAMB Registration Number and Payment Transaction ID to complete registration.

▪ Payment should only be made through the official UNIMED payment platform.

▪ Date: Monday, August 3 to Friday, August 7, 2026

▪ Mode: Virtual and On-site

▪ Venue and modalities will be communicated through candidates’ portals.
