UNILORIN Post UTME Form 2025/2026 [UPDATED]

 

The University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) has announced an extension for its 2025/2026 Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) registration.

Key Information

▪ New Deadline: The new closing date for registration is Sunday, August 24, 2025.

▪ Form Cost: The registration form costs ₦2,000.

▪ Registration Period: The registration began on Monday, July 28, 2025.

Candidates are advised to use this extension to complete their registration.

Eligibility

▪ Candidates who chose UNILORIN as their First Choice institution are eligible.

▪ Candidates must have scored the minimum admissible cut-off mark for their chosen course.

Registration Instructions

1. Email and Phone: Ensure you have a personal, valid, and active email address and mobile number.

2. JAMB CAPS: All candidates must upload their O' Level and/or A' Level results on the JAMB CAPS portal.

3. Awaiting Results: If you are awaiting your results, you should indicate this by selecting or typing 'AR' during registration.

4. Payment: The registration fee is ₦2,000.

5. Crosscheck: Carefully crosscheck all entries for correctness before final submission.

6. Results Upload: The O' Level results submitted on the university's portal must be the same as the ones uploaded on JAMB CAPS.

How to Apply

1. Visit the official portal: https://portal.unilorin.edu.ng/ug/candidate/login

2. Click on "Verify your details" and complete the required fields.

3. Pay the registration fee on the Remita platform.

4. Confirm your payment and receive an activation code via email.

5. Activate your account and log in with the provided details.

6. Click on "My Application" and complete all details before submitting.

Admission Scoring

Admission will be based on an aggregate score of:

▪ 50% from your UTME/DE score.

▪ 30% from your Post-UTME screening score.

▪ 20% from your five relevant O' Level grades.

Post-UTME Details

▪ The exam will cover English, Mathematics, and General Knowledge.

▪ The specific exam date and venue will be communicated at a later time. Candidates should check their exam slip for details.

▪ Wrong entries will automatically disqualify a candidate.
