SUMAS Post UTME Form 2025/2026 Is Out [UPDATED]

 

The State University of Medical and Applied Sciences (SUMAS), Igbo-Eno, Enugu State, is inviting applications for its Post UTME Screening for the 2025/2026 academic session. Applications opened on Monday, July 21, 2025, and will close on Saturday, August 30, 2025.

Eligibility for Post UTME Screening

▪️ UTME Candidates:

▪️ Must have chosen SUMAS as their first choice University and scored 150 and above in the 2025 UTME.

▪️ Candidates who did not initially choose SUMAS but scored 150 and above can also apply, provided they change their first choice University to SUMAS in JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).

▪️ Admission Requirements (O'Level):

▪️ All candidates must obtain a minimum of credit level passes in English Language, Mathematics, and Physics, and any other two relevant subjects in WAEC SSCE, NECO SSCE, or equivalent.

▪️ For Medicine and Surgery (MBBS), these credits must be obtained in one sitting.

▪️ For other programs, credits can be obtained in not more than two sittings.

▪️ Candidates must upload their O'level results (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB) to their JAMB profile in JAMB CAPS (efacility.jamb.gov.ng). Failure to upload results on JAMB CAPS will result in non-consideration for admission.

▪️ Direct Entry Applicants:

▪️ Direct Entry applicants should follow the same procedure as UTME candidates.

▪️ Details of specific requirements for Direct Entry are as contained in the JAMB Brochure for the 2025 academic session.

Procedure for Payment and Application

1. Pay Post UTME application fee: A non-refundable fee of two thousand naira (₦2,000.00) should be paid to the following account:

2. Log on to the application portal: https://sumas.edu.ng/apply/

3. Click on Apply.

4. Carefully provide all information required in the form.

5. Click "apply for Post UTME" to submit.
