NSUK Post UTME Form 2025/2026 Is Out [UPDATED]

 

The general public is hereby notified that registration for the Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK) 2025/2026 Post-UTME screening begins on July 28, 2025 and ends on August 29, 2025.

Candidates are to register by visiting University’s application portal.

A. ELIGIBILITY

UTME Applicants

To be eligible for the screening exercise, a candidate must:

▪︎ Have participated in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and must have chosen Nasarawa State University, Keffi as 1st Choice of Institution in the 2025 UTME.

▪︎ Have scored not less than 200 marks for Law and Community Health Sciences.

▪︎ 180 for Health Information Management, Nutrition and Dietetics, Environmental Health Science, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Electronics Engineering, and Computer Science.

▪︎ 170 for all other programmes.

▪︎ Possess at least five (5) “O” level credit passes in relevant subjects including English and Mathematics at not more than two (2) sittings in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB and/or NBAIS.

▪︎ Upload O’Level Results on JAMB Profile at JAMB accredited CBT centres.

Note: Mathematics and French in O’Level have been waived for candidates who applied for French.

Direct Entry Applicants

For Direct Entry Applicants, Candidates must:

▪︎ Possess a minimum of Lower Credit in National Diploma (ND) and Nasarawa State University Diploma, Merit in Nigeria Certificate of Education, (NCE), Eight (8) Points in IJMB for Direct Entry.

▪︎ Possess at least five (5) O’Level credit passes in relevant subjects including English and Mathematics at not more than two (2) sittings in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB and/or NBAIS.

▪︎ Upload O’Level Results on JAMB Profile at JAMB accredited CBT centres.

Note: Direct Entry candidates into Community Health, Environmental Health Science and Health Information Management must be licensed by their respective professional bodies.

B. APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Candidates are required to pay a processing fee of N2,000.00 (Two thousand Naira) only through the following steps:

▪︎ Visit the Nasarawa State University 2025 Post-UTME screening portal.

▪︎ Create an account/Profile Set-up.

▪︎ On creating Profile, fill the open forms as follows:

▪︎ Click application type and select 2025/2026 POST-UTME application.

▪︎ Create an e-mail address and password.

▪︎ Login with the e-mail and Password used in creating an account/profile.

▪︎ Select payment for Screening through the available options.

▪︎ Provide/input your scratch card for the result obtained (NECO/NABTEB/WAEC/NBAIS).

▪︎ Application completed.

▪︎ Screening in Progress.

▪︎ Check back after 24 hours for result.

▪︎ Print out the Application Summary/Payment Invoice.

Note: Candidates must ensure that their POST-UTME Screening is successful; as only candidates whose Screening Slip is successful shall be considered for admission. Candidates should also note that, phone number used in filling this application must be that of the candidate.

C. COMPULSORY UPLOAD OF “O” LEVEL AND “A” LEVEL RESULTS ON JAMB PROFILE

UTME and Direct Entry candidates should note that in addition to the above Post-UTME Registration, they are equally required to visit JAMB accredited CBT Centres to upload their “O” Level / “A’ Level results on their JAMB profile. Failure to do this, renders candidates ineligible for admission.

D. NON-ACCEPTANCE OF ADMISSION ON CAPS AFTER (4) WEEKS.

Candidates are advised to monitor their admission status on their JAMB portal. There would be a grace period of four (4) weeks within which all approved admissions must be accepted by the candidates. Failure of a candidate to accept the admission where offered, shall call for the cancellation of such admission, and the candidate would be placed under the “refusal to accept category “and be rendered ineligible to be re-admitted”.

E. CANDIDATES SHOULD ALSO NOTE THAT POST-UTME SCREENING IS MANDATORY. ANY CANDIDATE WHO FAILS TO PARTICIPATE WOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR ADMISSION.
