LASCON Post UTME Form 2025/2026 is Out [UPDATED]

 

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for Computer Assisted Screening (CAS) for admission into National Diploma (ND) & Higher National Diploma (HND) Non-Terminal Programme at Lagos State College of Nursing, Igando, Alimosho LGA, Lagos State.

ENTRY REQUIREMENT

▪ JAMB: Candidates must have scored 200 and above in the just concluded JAMB and chosen the Lagos State College of Nursing, Igando, as First Choice Institution
▪ WASSCE/NECO (O’ Level) with credits in 5 subjects, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, at not more than two sittings

APPLICATION

▪ Application starts Tuesday 15th July 2025 and closes Tuesday 26th August 2025

STUDY PERIOD: 4 years

▪ RNRN/RN Programme towards a non-terminal programme of HND/RM/RPHN and a mandatory internship

COMPUTER ASSISTED SCREENING

▪ Screening Date: Saturday, 13th September 2025 at 8:00 a.m.

Inside Alimosho General Hospital

The Examination is Computer-Based. Testing and questions will cover English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Current Affairs.

NOTE

▪ First year school fees is ₦300,000.00 (Three Hundred Thousand Naira)
▪ Payable after admission
▪ Plus non-refundable acceptance fee of ₦100,000.00
▪ Training is residential

METHOD OF APPLICATION

1. Proceed online to www.lascon.edu.ng

2. Click on the course menu, then click on “Apply”

3. Create a new application account by filling in the following:
   ▪ Surname
   ▪ First name
   ▪ Select Course
   ▪ Email address
   ▪ Phone number
   ▪ JAMB number
   Then click on Submit

4. A confirmation mail will be sent. Follow the link in the mail to complete your application and generate:
   ▪ Admission Number
   ▪ Password

5. Click on the link: A payment page will be loaded
   ▪ Application Fee: ₦15,000 (non-refundable)
   ▪ Make payment online (e.g., Paystack)

6. After payment, continue application using admission number & password

7. Log into the “Applicant Information” page to fill the following:
   ▪ Bio-data
   ▪ Address information
   ▪ O’Level details (click a link to verify O’Level result; after verification, click “Proceed”)
   ▪ Parent/Guardian/Sponsor Details
   ▪ Upload passport photo (not more than 100kb)
   ▪ Change password
   ▪ Print out application form

Applicants with incomplete form will not be allowed to write the Computer Assisted Screening.
