Lagos City Polytechnic Post UTME Form 2025/2026 is Out

 

The Lagos City Polytechnic (LCP) Post-UTME Form for the 2025/2026 Academic Session is out. Admission for Full-Time ND Programmes is through JAMB.

Requirements for Lagos City Polytechnic Post UTME

Candidates who sat for the 2025 UTME but did not choose LCP as one of their institutions, and now wish to attend LCP, should promptly contact the Admissions Officer of LCP and provide details of their UTME particulars. Other candidates seeking admission into Full-Time programs can also contact the Admissions Officer for advice.

Applicants for other programs should apply directly to the Polytechnic.

How to Apply for Lagos City Polytechnic Post UTME Form

1. Obtain Teller: Get a teller from the Admissions/Enquiries Officer for payment of the Application fee at a designated Bank.

2. Present Teller: Present the payment teller to the bursary and obtain the Application form.

3. Guidance on Application: Present the Application Form immediately to the Admissions/Enquiries Officer for guidance on completing the form and on documents to be submitted.

4. Return Form & Get Test Date: Return the completed Application Form to the Admissions/Enquiries Officer and get a date for the Post-UTME test.

5. Write Test & Get Admission Letter Date: Write the Post-UTME test and get a date for the collection of your Admission Letter, depending on your performance.

6. Collect Admission Letter & Pay Acceptance Fee: Collect your Admission Letter and go to the Bursary for directives on payment of the non-refundable Acceptance-Fee and other fees.

7. Medical Test: Proceed for your Medical test at the designated Centre.

8. MIS Directives: Proceed to MIS with your Letter of Admission for directives on the payment of fees.

9. Pay Fees & Obtain Registration Forms: Pay your fees as directed by Bursary/MIS and proceed to the Admissions/Enquiries Officer with payment document to obtain Registration Forms and complete them as directed.

10. Submit Registration Forms: Submit completed Registration Forms to the Admission/Enquiries Officer with evidence of Medical test from designated Centres.

11. Submit Verification Cards: Submit Verification Cards for the verification of the O’Level result(s) presented for admission.

12. Collect MIS Form: Collect MIS Form from Admissions/Enquiries Officer where your MATRICULATION number has been indicated.

13. Course Registration: Proceed to the MIS with your MIS Form for registration of courses for the Semester. (Every student must register for Courses every semester.)

14. Endorsement: Proceed to your Head of Department and Director of school for the endorsement of the course Registration Form.

15. Documentation & Accreditation: Proceed to the Bursary with all your payment documents, Course Registration Form issued by MIS for documentation and accreditation for examination formalities.

For Candidates Who Didn't Choose LCP as First Choice or Are Part-Time Students

Didn’t choose Lagos City Polytechnic as your first choice of Institution?

▪️ Just proceed to any Jamb accredited CBT centre.

▪️ Make Lagos City Polytechnic your first choice.

▪️ Print out your Jamb result and change of Institution slip.

If you are applying as a Part-Time student or you didn’t sit for the Jamb:

▪️ Apply as a part-time student to Lagos City Polytechnic, print out the slip immediately.

▪️ Then Proceed to the campus at 6/9, Bashiru Oweh Street, Ikeja, off Medical Road, Opposite Computer Village in Ikeja for processing.
