KASU Post UTME Form 2026/2027 Is Out [UPDATED]

 Kaduna State University, KASU Post UTME Form is now on sale for the 2026/2027 Academic Session. The Screening Exercise will last from Monday, 29th June 2026 to Monday, 13th July 2026. 

The Management of Kaduna State University wishes to inform all prospective candidates who applied to the University in the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) that the Online Post-UTME Screening Exercise for admission into the University for the 2026/2027 Academic Session is hereby scheduled for Monday, 29th June 2026 to Monday, 13th July 2026. Eligible candidates are invited to apply for screening.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To be eligible for the KASU Online Post-UTME Screening Exercise, a candidate must:

▪ Have sat for the 2026 UTME and selected KASU as their first choice institution.

▪ Have obtained the minimum JAMB aggregate score for the programme applied for (see cut-off score table below).

▪ Candidates awaiting O-Level results are eligible for the screening.

▪ B. Agriculture — UTME Cut-Off Score: 170 — DE Requirement: IJMB: 7 points; Diploma in a relevant field with a minimum of 10 points.

▪ D. Physiotherapy — UTME Cut-Off Score: 190 — DE Requirement: IJMB: 12 points & above; Diploma programme acceptable by the respective regulatory bodies (minimum of 12 points).

HOW TO APPLY FOR KASU POST UTME/DE SCREENING

Eligible candidates are to complete the screening application through the KASU online application portal, select the right application type and submit all required details before the closing date.

The steps below are to be followed carefully.

STEP 1: SELECT THE APPLICATION TYPE

▪ Candidates should visit the KASU application portal at https://applicant.safapply.com/kasu and select the appropriate application type from the programme list.

▪ The available application types are Post UTME and Direct Entry.

STEP 2: CREATE AN ACCOUNT OR LOG IN

▪ Candidates are to enter their JAMB registration number in the space labelled "JAMB Registration Number" and click "Check Eligibility".

▪ Eligible candidates should click "More Information", click "Apply Now" from the pop-up window, then create a new account if applying for the first time or log in to an existing account.

STEP 3: PAY THE SCREENING FEE

▪ Candidates are to review and confirm the information supplied, then proceed to payment through the payment options available on the application portal.

▪ The screening application fee is ₦2,000, excluding bank charges, and it is non-refundable.

STEP 4: FILL BIODATA AND UPLOAD DOCUMENTS

▪ Candidates are to fill in all required personal information accurately and provide O-Level result details from not more than two sittings, where such results are available.

▪ Direct Entry applicants must also provide details of their A-Level results.

▪ Candidates are to upload copies of all results provided, where available, and upload the following documents:

▪ NIN Slip or National Identity Card

▪ Birth Certificate

▪ Indigene Certificate

▪ Current 2026 JAMB Registration Slip

▪ JAMB Result Slip

▪ Signature

▪ Passport Photograph

▪ The passport photograph must be clear, recent, in colour, on a white background, in JPEG format and must not exceed 1.00 MB in file size.

▪ An invalid or missing passport photograph will invalidate the application.

▪ Where applicable, candidates are to indicate alternative preferred programmes in order of priority, in case the first choice is unavailable.

STEP 5: SUBMIT THE APPLICATION

▪ Candidates are to tick the agreement checkbox to confirm that all information supplied is accurate, as any false declaration will render the application invalid.

▪ The application should be previewed before final submission and candidates are to click "Submit" after confirming that all details are correct.

▪ Upon successful submission, candidates should print the Application Acknowledgement Slip and keep it for their records.

WHAT SHOULD APPLICANTS CHECK BEFORE SUBMISSION?

▪ Applicants should confirm that the selected programme matches the JAMB choice, the UTME score meets the programme cut-off mark and the uploaded documents are clear.

▪ A candidate with awaiting O-Level results may proceed with the screening, as the notice states that candidates awaiting O-Level results are eligible.
