FUHSI Supplementary Form 2026/2027 Is Out [UPDATED]

 Federal University of Health Sciences Ila Orangun (FUHSI) Post UTME Form 2026/2027 academic session is now on sale. The closing date is 4th October, 2026. The Cut-off mark is 180 and above. 

The Management of the Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila-Orangun (FUHSI), Osun State, has officially announced the commencement of its Supplementary Post-UTME registration for the 2026/2027 Academic Session, starting Monday, 28th September 2026.

This exercise follows the approval granted by the National Universities Commission (NUC) for the establishment and commencement of new academic programmes at the institution.

AVAILABLE COURSES & ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

The registration is open to candidates who chose FUHSI as their first-choice institution or those willing to effect a change of institution to FUHSI on the JAMB portal.

B.Sc. Healthcare Administration and Hospital Management

▪ UTME Subject Combination: English, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.

▪ O’Level Requirements: Five (5) O’Level credit passes in not more than two sittings, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

B.Sc. Social Work

▪ UTME Subject Combination: English Language, Mathematics, Economics or Geography, and any other Arts or Social Science subject.

▪ O’Level Requirements: Five (5) O’Level credit passes in not more than two sittings, including English Language, Mathematics, and three other relevant Arts or Social Science subjects.

B.Sc. Medical Physics

▪ UTME Subject Combination: English, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology.

▪ O’Level Requirements: Five (5) O’Level credit passes in not more than two sittings, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

B.Sc. Chemistry

▪ UTME Subject Combination: English, Chemistry, and any two (2) subjects from Physics, Mathematics, or Biology.

▪ O’Level Requirements: Five (5) O’Level credit passes in not more than two sittings, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

FUHSI SUPPLEMENTARY ADMISSION MINIMUM UTME CUT-OFF MARK

Cut-Off Score: Candidates must have scored a minimum of 180 in the 2026 UTME for all the available programmes listed above.

HOW TO APPLY FOR FUHSI SUPPLEMENTARY ADMISSION FORM

▪ Visit the official university website at www.fuhsi.edu.ng to access the application portal.

▪ Carefully read the registration instructions available on the portal before starting.

▪ Complete the online registration form, ensuring you select the correct subject combinations for your chosen programme.

▪ Submit your application on or before the closing date: Tuesday, 6th October 2026.

▪ Candidates who did not make FUHSI their first-choice institution but wish to change to FUHSI can also change their institution or course on the JAMB portal.

Nutrition & Dietetics    MINIMUM REQUIRED SCORE:  180

Please note that candidates who wish to study MBBS, Nursing Science, Medical Laboratory Science, or Doctor of Physiotherapy must have obtained five (5) credit passes in relevant O' level subjects at not more than a sitting. 

DIRECT ENTRY (DE), candidates who wish to study MB,BS or Nursing Science must possess a minimum of a Second Class, Upper Division Degree in a relevant course from a recognised University or satisfactory A' Level points from recognised examination bodies.
