FUHSI Post UTME Form 2026/2027 Is Out [UPDATED]

 Federal University of Health Sciences Ila Orangun (FUHSI) Post UTME Form 2026/2027 academic session is now on sale. The closing date is 31st August 2026. The Cut-off mark is 180 and above. 

This is to inform all candidates who have chosen or are willing to change to the Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila-Orangun (FUHSI) as their first choice of institution, that the post-UTME registration for the 2026/2027 admission exercise will commence on Wednesday, 1st July 2026.

ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES FOR REGISTRATION 

▪ Candidates who made FUHSI their institution of first choice in the 2026 UTME and have a minimum UTME score as indicated below for their course of choice. 

▪ Candidates who did not make FUHSI their first-choice institution but wish to change to FUHSI can also change their institution or course on the JAMB portal.

Doctor of Physiotherapy    MINIMUM REQUIRED SCORE: 200 

Environmental Health Science   MINIMUM REQUIRED SCORE: 180 

Information Tech & Health Informatics  MINIMUM REQUIRED SCORE: 180 

Medical Laboratory Science     MINIMUM REQUIRED SCORE: 210 

Medicine and Surgery   MINIMUM REQUIRED SCORE: 220 

Microbiology       MINIMUM REQUIRED SCORE: 180 

Nursing Science   MINIMUM REQUIRED SCORE: 210 

Nutrition & Dietetics    MINIMUM REQUIRED SCORE:  180 

Pharmacology           MINIMUM REQUIRED SCORE:  180 

Prosthetic & Orthotics     MINIMUM REQUIRED SCORE: 180 

Please note that candidates who wish to study MBBS, Nursing Science, Medical Laboratory Science, or Doctor of Physiotherapy must have obtained five (5) credit passes in relevant O' level subjects at not more than a sitting. 

DIRECT ENTRY (DE), candidates who wish to study MB,BS or Nursing Science must possess a minimum of a Second Class, Upper Division Degree in a relevant course from a recognised University or satisfactory A' Level points from recognised examination bodies. 

Eligible candidates who wish to apply should visit the University website at http://www.fuhsi.edu.ng to complete their registration. 

All candidates are advised to carefully read the instructions on the registration procedure available on the University website before commencing the registration process.
