FUHSI Post UTME Form 2025/2026 [UPDATED]

 

The Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila-Orangun (FUHSI) has extended the deadline for its 2025/2026 Post-UTME screening registration

▪ New Deadline: Friday, September 5, 2025.

This extension is provided to give interested candidates who have not yet completed their registration an additional opportunity to do so.

Important Note: No further extension will be granted.

Eligibility Criteria:

▪ Candidates must have chosen FUHSI as their first choice in the 2025 UTME.

▪ Candidates who did not choose FUHSI but wish to apply must first change their institution/course to FUHSI on the JAMB portal.

▪ Candidates must meet the minimum UTME score for their chosen course.

O’Level Requirements:

▪ Candidates for Medicine and Surgery, Nursing Science, Medical Laboratory Science, and Doctor of Physiotherapy must have at least five (5) relevant credit passes in their WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB results, all obtained in one sitting.

Direct Entry (DE) Requirements:

▪ DE students must have at least a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree in a related course from a recognized university. This is a requirement for courses like Medicine and Surgery or Nursing Science.
