FUAM Post UTME Form 2025/2026 Is Out [UPDATED]

 

Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University, Makurdi (formerly FUAM), has announced the availability of its Post-UTME/DE application form for the 2025/2026 academic session. The registration portal opened on Monday, July 14, 2025, and will close on Monday, July 28, 2025.

Admission Requirements

1. Only candidates who scored 150 and above in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are qualified to apply.

2. Candidates must possess five (5) O’Level Credits (including Mathematics and English Language) at not more than two (2) sittings.

3. A non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only is required (Bank/service charges excluded).

Procedure for Payment/Options

1. Generate your RRR number by going to the University website (https://myportal.uam.edu.ng/) ONLY (not the Remita website) or a Bank Branch.

2. After generating your RRR from the University website ONLY, choose any of the three payment options below to proceed with payment:

   • ATM Card

   • USSD

   • Bank transfer

Candidates are required to provide correct information about their candidature on the University portal and make a printout of the online Application Form from the University website.

Candidates are also advised to check the University portal for details on the commencement of the Post UTME Screening Exercise.

Note

Both UTME and Direct Entry candidates are to upload their ‘O’ Level results (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, etc.) onto JAMB CAPS (website) at the nearest JAMB Office or any JAMB Accredited CBT Centre. Failure to do so will result in candidates not being considered for admission.
