All eligible candidates are hereby invited for online screening exercise for the 2026/2027 academic session admission into National Diploma (ND) Full Time programmes in The Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State.

▪ Candidates who chose Federal Polytechnic Offa as their First Choice Institution in the 2026/2027 UTME.

▪ Candidates who scored a minimum of 100 in the 2026 UTME.

▪ Candidates who possess the required relevant O'Level credit passes as specified in the JAMB Brochure.

▪ Candidates who have uploaded their O'Level result(s) on JAMB CAPS through a certified CBT Centre.

HOW TO APPLY

All eligible candidates should visit the Polytechnic Admission Portal:

https://portal.fedpoffaonline.edu.ng/pre-admission.php

Follow the steps below:

▪ Make an online payment of ₦2,000 (Two Thousand Naira) only using an Interswitch-compatible ATM card.

▪ Fill in the required personal details and Security Form.

▪ Upload O'Level results and other required credentials.

▪ Print out the Security Form and Post-Screening Slip.

▪ Submit the printed Security Form personally at the Security Office, Main Campus, along Ojoku Road, Offa, Kwara State.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

▪ Candidates must write their names in full, with surname first, exactly as it appears on their JAMB Result Slip and O'Level results/certificates.

▪ Candidates must provide a valid and active personal email address.

▪ Failure to comply with the stated procedures will lead to disqualification.

▪ Any false declaration or claim will result in forfeiture of admission whenever discovered.

CLOSING DATE

▪ The screening portal will remain open for four (4) weeks from the date of the advertisement.

▪ Candidates are advised to regularly visit the Polytechnic portal for updates and further information.
