Federal Poly Offa Post UTME Form 2025/2026 Is Out [UPDATED]

 

The Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State, is inviting eligible candidates for its online screening exercise for National Diploma (ND) Full Time admissions for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Eligibility for Admissions Screening

▪️ Candidates who chose the Federal Polytechnic Offa as their first (1st) choice Institution in the 2025/2026 UTME.

▪️ All candidates who did Change of Institution to the Federal Polytechnic Offa for 2025/2026 admission.

▪️ Candidates must have obtained a minimum score of 100 in the 2025 UTME.

▪️ Candidates must have the required relevant O'level credit result(s) as contained in the JAMB brochure.

▪️ Candidates must have uploaded their O'level result(s) on JAMB CAPS through a Certified CBT Center.

Procedures for the Online Screening Exercise

All eligible candidates should log on to the Polytechnic portal: https://portal.fedpoffaonline.edu.ng/pre-admission.php to complete the following steps:

1. To make the online payment.

2. Fill-in their details and the security form.

3. Upload their results and other necessary credentials.

4. Print out their security form and post screening slip.

5. Submit the print out security form PERSONALLY at the security office in the Main Campus of the Polytechnic along Ojoku road Offa, Kwara State.

Payment Details

▪️ All candidates are to make an online payment of ₦2,000 (Two Thousand Naira) only with an ATM card that is interswitch compatible.

Important Notes

▪️ Candidates must write their name in full, surname first as written on their JAMB RESULT SLIP and O'level results/certificates.

▪️ Candidates must have a personal active email address.

▪️ Failure to comply with all the stated procedures and/or any false claim by candidates shall lead to disqualification and forfeiture of the admission at any time it is discovered.

Closure of the Screening Exercise

The Polytechnic Portal will be open for the screening exercise for Four (4) weeks from the date of the advertisement.
