FCMLST Jos Post UTME Form 2025/2026 is Out [UPDATED]

 

The Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology, Jos, invites candidates who made the college their 1st choice in the 2025/2026 JAMB UTME and scored a minimum of 100 to apply for Post-UTME screening for admission into the College's National Diploma programs and other certificate courses.

The closing date for Batch A registration is Friday, September 19, 2025. Screening/registration will take place from September 21 to September 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM prompt at the College Assembly Complex.

1. National Diploma Medical Laboratory Technology

2. National Diploma Environmental Health Technology

Entry Requirements for National Diploma (ND) Programmes

The following categories of candidates are eligible to apply:

1. Candidates who made Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology, Jos their first choice in the 2025/2026 JAMB UTME and chose any of the listed programmes, scoring a minimum of 100.

2. Interested candidates who did not choose Federal College of Medical Laboratory Science and Technology, Jos as their first choice but wish to study in the College and scored a minimum of 100 in the 2025/2026 JAMB UTME. Such candidates must do a change of institution to the College via the JAMB website (www.jamb.gov.ng) and choose any of the programmes in their syllabus.

3. All candidates must possess GCE/NECO and WAEC with credit in five (5) subjects, which must include Biology, Chemistry, English Language, Mathematics, and Physics, obtained at not more than two (2) sittings.

4. Candidates with Awaiting Result (AR) are not permitted to apply.

Mode of Application

Eligible candidates should pay a non-refundable sum of N2,000 (Two thousand naira) to the College as follows:

1. Go to the Remita Home Page (https://www.remita.net).

2. Select "PAY TSA & STATE".

3. Select "PAY FGN", and then select "WHO TO PAY".

4. Select FCMIST Jos 052102704200 and specify what the payment is for.

5. Input the amount, name of payer, payer's phone number, email address, and submit.

6. Input Nil on the GIFMIS code.

7. On description, state what the payment is for.

8. Choose a preferred method of payment, e.g., debit card, Bank branch, etc. Then, pay and generate a receipt of payment with the Remita code generated.

Online Registration Instructions

After payment of the above sum, visit https://fcmlst.edu.ng/:

1. Click on Admission and navigate to Admission form.

2. Click on REGISTER NOW and select the form type as applicable (Post-UTME or Direct Entry).

Note for Screening/Documentation

All candidates are expected to come with their original JAMB result slip, passport photograph, state of origin certificate, and the screening payment receipt for verification and documentation.

Candidates who did not register for the 2025/2026 Post-UTME Screening Exercise would not be screened or considered for admission.
