BSU Post UTME Form 2025/2026 Is Out [UPDATED]

 

Benue State University (BSU), now known as The Rev. Fr. Moses Orshio Adasu University, Makurdi (MOAUM), has released its Post-UTME/DE Admission Form for the 2025/2026 Academic Session. Candidates who chose MOAUM as their first choice institution in the 2025 UTME or changed to it are invited to register for the screening exercise.

Requirements for Registration

▪ JAMB Score: Candidates must have scored at least 160 in the 2025 UTME.

▪ First Choice Institution: MOAUM must be the candidate's first choice of institution. If not, they must change it on the JAMB portal.

▪ O'Level Credits: Candidates must have five (5) relevant O’level credit passes (including Mathematics and English Language) at NOT MORE THAN TWO (2) SITTINGS.

▪ Specific Cut-Off Marks by Faculty/Program:

▪ 160 and above: Faculties of Arts, Education, Environmental Sciences, Management Sciences, Sciences (except B.Sc. Microbiology), Social Sciences, and Technology and Industrial Studies.

▪ 180 and above: Faculties of Communication and Media Studies, Architecture, B.Sc. Human Anatomy, Human Physiology, and Microbiology.

▪ 200 and above: B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Science, Radiography and Radiation Science.

▪ 220 and above: Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Doctor of Pharmacy, and Bachelor of Law (LL.B).

▪ JAMB CAPS Upload: It is mandatory for all UTME/DE candidates to upload their O/A’level results on JAMB CAPS. Failure to do so will result in not being considered for admission.

MOAUM Post-UTME/DE Application Procedure

To apply for the screening exercise, follow these steps:

1. Visit the University Website: Go to www.bsum.edu.ng.

2. Access the Post-UTME/DE Portal: Under the “APPLICATIONS” section, click on “POST UTME/DE”.

3. Verify JAMB Registration: Enter your JAMB registration number and click “VERIFY”.

4. Proceed to Payment: After successful verification, click “PROCEED” to access the e-payment platform.

5. Make Payment: Pay the non-refundable screening charge of N2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira only).

6. Complete the Application:

   ▪ After successful payment, return to www.bsum.edu.ng and click on the "admission" menu.

   ▪ Select “continue UTME/DE Application”.

   ▪ Fill out the application form accurately.

   ▪ Print your completed Application Form for your records.

Important Notes

▪ O/A Level Upload: Candidates must upload their O/A’level results on the JAMB portal; this is a compulsory requirement for admission consideration.

▪ Updates: Regularly check the BSU website for updates and further instructions.

▪ Nursing Science Applicants: Candidates who applied for Nursing Science should change to other options.

▪ Registration Period: The registration exercise will run for one month, from Wednesday, July 23rd to Friday, August 22nd, 2025.
