Bayelsa State School of Nursing Form 2025/2026 is Out [UPDATED]

 

The Bayelsa State College of Nursing Sciences (BYSCONS), Tombia-Yenagoa, has begun selling admission forms for its ND/HND Nursing program for the 2025/2026 academic session. The application period is from July 14, 2025, to September 12, 2025. The entrance exam, a Computer-Based Test (CBT), will take place on September 20, 2025, at the ICT Centre, BYSCONS.

Program Details

▪️ Program: ND/HND Nursing

▪️ Duration of Study: Four (4) years

▪️ Certificates to be Awarded: HND Nursing, Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Midwife (RM)

Admission Requirements

Interested applicants must meet the following criteria:

▪️ Academic Qualifications: Possess 5 credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in not more than two (2) sittings. A combination of WAEC and NECO or GCE is allowed.

▪️ Age: Applicant must not be less than 17 years of age.

▪️ JAMB Score: The cut-off mark is 140.

Method of Obtaining Forms

The admission form costs N25,000.00. Follow these steps to obtain and submit the form:

1. Payment:

   ▪️ Account Number: 0097373620

   ▪️ Account Name: BAYELSA STATE COLLEGE OF NURSING SCIENCES

   ▪️ Bank: STERLING BANK

   ▪️ After payment, obtain a bank teller as proof of your transaction.

2. Receipt Collection and Number Acquisition:

   ▪️ Take the bank teller to the Bursary Department of the Bayelsa State College of Nursing Sciences.

   ▪️ Request a receipt in exchange for your bank teller. This receipt will contain a unique number.

3. Online Application Form Submission:

   ▪️ Visit the College’s online application portal: https://byscons.edu.ng/applications/view_application.php

   ▪️ Use the unique receipt number obtained from the Bursary Department to access the online application form.

   ▪️ Carefully fill out the application form with accurate information.

   ▪️ Ensure you upload scanned copies of your WAEC/NECO/NABTEB and JAMB result and other required documents.

4. Print Acknowledgement Slip:

   ▪️ Upon successful completion of the application form, review and submit it.

   ▪️ The website should generate an acknowledgement slip containing your application details.

   ▪️ Print a copy of this acknowledgement slip for your records.

▪️ It’s highly recommended to keep a copy of all your application documents (bank teller, receipt, acknowledgement slip) for future reference.
