UNICAL Teaching Hospital School of Nursing Form 2025/2026 is Out [UPDATED]

 

The University of Calabar Teaching Hospital (UCTH) School of Nursing Admission Form for the 2025/2026 academic session is now on sale.

Here's the relevant information:

▪️ Form Cost: N20,000.00 (non-refundable)

▪️ Registration Closes: Friday, July 25, 2025

Admission Requirements:

▪️ Candidates applying for ND/HND programmes in Nursing Sciences.

▪️ Must have chosen UCTH School of Nursing as their first choice in the 2025 UTME with a JAMB score of 180 or above.

▪️ Candidates who intend to change their institutions of first choice are eligible, provided they effect the change with JAMB.

▪️ Intending candidates must possess FIVE (5) CREDITS in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at not more than 2 sittings from SSCE or NECO.

▪️ Only candidates aged between 17-35 years by November 2025 are eligible to apply.

How to Apply:

▪️ Payments are to be made to the UCTH School Fees/Charges Account through REMITA at any commercial bank on the Remita platform.

▪️ Select PAY FGN & STATES TSA.

▪️ Select FGN TYPE UNIVERSITY OF CALABAR TEACHING HOSPITAL.

▪️ Select SCHOOL FEES/CHARGES INTER CODE 1000187508.

▪️ Enter the amount and submit.

▪️ The teller is then exchanged for an official receipt at the UCTH Treasury, Permanent site.

▪️ This official receipt will then be presented to the Principal, School of Nursing, UCTH along Moore Road for collection of the Application form.

▪️ NO ONLINE PAYMENT PLEASE.

Submission of Application Forms:

▪️ Completed Application Forms with photocopies of relevant documents must reach the Office of the Principal not later than FRIDAY, JULY 25, 2025.

Entrance Examination:

▪️ Date: Friday, August 1, 2025

▪️ Venue: School of Nursing Premises, Moore Road, and UCTH Permanent Site, Calabar

▪️ Time: 8:00 AM prompt.

▪️ Candidates are to come with original and photocopies of their credentials.
