College of Nursing Sciences Adazi-Nnukwu Admission Forms 2025/2026 is Out [UPDATED]

 


This article outlines the admission requirements, application procedure, and other key details for the College of Nursing Sciences, Adazi-Nnukwu (CONSA) for the 2025/2026 academic year. The admission form costs ₦2,000.

Admission Requirements

▪ JAMB Score: The minimum cut-off mark is 140.

▪ JAMB Institution: Candidates must change their institution and select the College of Nursing Sciences, Adazi-Nnukwu as their first choice before registering for the Post UTME.

▪ O' Level Credits: Candidates must possess at least five (5) credits in no more than two sittings, which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics from WAEC, NECO, and/or NABTEB.

▪ Note on Results:

▪ WAEC/WAEC, NECO/NECO, or WAEC/NECO combinations are acceptable.

▪ NABTEB cannot be combined with WAEC or NECO. If using NABTEB, all five required credits must be on a single NABTEB certificate.

▪ Awaiting Result: Awaiting results are not accepted.

▪ Other Documents:

▪ Original WAEC/NECO or NABTEB Certificate (or a computer printout).

▪ Testimonial from the school where you obtained your O' Level result.

▪ Birth certificate from the National Population Commission, a government hospital, or a court-declared age affidavit.

▪ A functional and active personal email address.

▪ Closing Date: Not specified.

▪ Screening Date: The first screening schedule will be communicated to successful candidates at a later date.
