Auchi Poly Post UTME Form 2025/2026 is Out [UPDATED]

 

Auchi Polytechnic has released its Post-UTME Form for the 2025/2026 Academic Session. The application form costs N2,000, and the cut-off mark is 100.

Candidates Eligible to Apply for Auchi Poly Post UTME Form

▪️ All candidates must have taken the 2025 UTME and achieved a minimum score of 100.

▪️ Candidates must have at least five (5) credit passes at one sitting or six (6) credit passes at two sittings including English Language and Mathematics in SSCE, NECO, GCE or NABTEB.

▪️ All candidates are required to pay the sum of Two Thousand (N2,000.00) Naira only as POST-UTME CBT screening fee.

▪️ All candidates are required to apply online by visiting the Polytechnic’s website at www.auchipoly.edu.ng/apply-now to complete the online application form after making payment with the generated Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR).

How Much is Auchi Poly Post UTME Form?

The form costs Two Thousand Naira (N2,000). This is the application fee.

How to Apply for AUCHI POLY Post UTME

Follow the procedure below to apply:

1. ]Visit the Polytechnic’s website at www.auchipoly.edu.ng/apply-now and click on Admissions 2025/2026 to initiate the application process.

2. Fill in the required details. It's preferable to use your UTME registration number as your username and your phone number as password.

   ▪️ DO NOT USE CYBERCAFE PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL FOR YOUR APPLICATION. THIS WILL MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE SCHOOL TO CONTACT YOU WHEN THE NEED ARISES. THE POLYTECHNIC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CANDIDATE’S INABILITY TO RECEIVE RELEVANT INFORMATION.

3. Generate the Remita payment invoice (RRR) from the Polytechnic website and proceed to any bank to make payment or pay online.

4. Return to the Polytechnic’s website (https://www.auchipoly-online.com/jamb_register) to complete the online application process.

5. Ensure that you upload all your relevant credentials as required and complete the online eligibility Clearance Form if requested.

Important Notes for ND Aspirants

▪️ Candidates awaiting their Results can apply but might be required to upload them when the result comes out.

▪️ You need a minimum of 5 credits to qualify for Auchi Poly admission.

▪️ Mathematics and English are compulsory subjects in all departments.

▪️ D7 IS NOT ACCEPTABLE at Auchi.

▪️ Some departments have other compulsory subjects, for example:

▪️ Science Laboratory Technology (SLT): You need O’level credit in Mathematics, English, Chemistry, BIOLOGY, PHYSICS.

▪️ Mass Communication: You need O’level credit in Mathematics, English, Literature-in-English, and any other 2 science or social science subjects.

▪️ Auchi screening is a CBT Exam (Computer Based Test) for both ND and HND.

▪️ Auchi does not release their CBT exam scores.

▪️ Once you miss the exam, you cannot be admitted.

▪️ Auchi Acceptance Fees and School Fees are paid together, and Auchi school fees are paid once (no half payment).

Important Requirement for Change of Institution

▪️ Please note, candidates who chose Auchi Polytechnic as second choice will be required to change to Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi, as first choice to be able to get admission.
